I just finished reading "Think Big And Kick Ass" by Donald Trump and Bill
Zanker.
What a book!
Well there are a swarm of big thinkers out there today who would like you
to think big and be successful,but Donald Trump really gets to you.Bill Zanker
the co author is the founder of The Learning Annex ,the boot camp for big
thinkers.
What these two are simply doing in this book is drawing your attention to
commonsense stepping stones of success.The only difference is that they are speaking from first hand experience.They talk about passion,creating
luck,fear,momentum,focus,and thinking BIG,among other things.
Donald Trump is a super successful, multi billionaire,mega tycoon in real
estate in the USA ,and now a media personality as well through his TV series; The Apprentice.He’s a Wharton graduate
and an absolute straight shooter.He hires people who’re better than him and
fires those who under perform,especially in loyalty.
Bill Zanker is the founder of the Learning
Annex ,an institution dedicated to teach and mentor people to improve their effectiveness and
succeed.He started out in the late 70s with only $5000.Today he’s listed in
Success,Forbes,Fortune,Inc magazines,and is continuing to grow and expand his
business in spite of being a multi millionaire.
About Passion
They tell you never do anything for the sake of money alone,but do it for
the sake of love for your activity.Leave your comfort zone and be a doer.Learn
to handle pressure and don’t allow negative criticism or mistakes discourage
you.
Creating Luck

Trump says no doubt there are lucky people in this world,but his adage
for creating luck is “the harder I work the luckier I get”.Good luck does not
come overnight.Be open to new information and ideas.Stay confident when
something bad happens,since it’s just a bump on the road and will pass soon.Go
out there and do the work you have to do even if it is the toughest thing for
you that day,that hour.Luck arrives unannounced when you stick it out.
Fear
Trump maintains that to be successful
you must understand the effect of fear, and as a leader,instilling fear is important to
command respect.Something that I personally differ with.He says it is good to
forgive the first honest mistake,and never to forgive a crook.
Momentum
Momentum is all about energy and timing. You
always start small,because initially you have no momentum.Keep working towards
your goals, one day at a time,soon you’ll be in the flow of things.When people
see momentum they want to be part of it,and then every body has you on their
radar screens. When you reach the top keep your momentum rolling by giving back
to society .That’s nice!J.
Focus
Keep focused on your goals and
never rest, no matter what.When you run into problems keep thinking of your
strengths,instead of your weaknesses.Worry destroys focus.And they who focus
the longest, win.Be flexibly focused, because focus doesn’t mean
rigidity.Acknowledge your problems but focus on what feels good,that’s why it
is important to keep doing what you love ,even if times are tough.

Thinking BIG
Thinking big has forged all great achievements of modern life,from towering sky scrapers to amazing
discoveries in science,technology and medicine,to great industrial and military
achievements.Just focus on the top and you will get there because its easier to do things on a
large scale.Adopt a big attitude to go with your big thinking,and display it in
your personal and social life.always think of yourself as someone who is
important.Build confidence with small actions that lead to success and then move
to greater successes.Avoid sinking into dangerous self criticism and keep away
from negative people in business and life.Hang out with other big thinkers.And
always put big thoughts into action right away.
This book is a must read for those who are interested in getting afirst hand account of life under a millionaire's skin.Especially their trade secrets!

So much sage advice here. It's all about the consciousness that we operate from really. When we look at the beliefs these people have...and choose beliefs that are empowering in our own life...well watch out. :-)
So very right Elle.Consciousness is actually the stuff of which the universe is made.And these guys are the real life examples of how consciousness can be turned and molded into wealthy success,or whatever we want.
And one more thing "energy flows where attention goes"
